MCM Associates were formed in 2000 by Michael Chad-Smith, a  Barrister with over 10 years' experience in providing services to health and social care organisations in the UK and abroad. MCM Associates have now used our innovative suite of bespoke training and consulting services to assist a number of organisations save significant sums on claims made against them (MCM Associates Client List)

MCM Associates employ a small core of consulting and administrative staff who are supported and assisted by a group of independent, professionally qualified Associates. When an Associate is required, he/she is carefully chosen to match the skills and knowledge required for a particular assignment. MCM Associates are based on the Derbyshire/Leicestershire border close to excellent air, rail and road links.

Both MCM Associates' location and style of working allows us to maintain very competitive professional charges that are significantly lower than other similar providers. We continually strive to keep the amount of money spent on claims to an absolute minimum by actively seeking to avoid litigation and resolving requests for recompense as quickly and cost effectively as possible through a non adversarial approach and the employment of innovative and continually evolving settlement methodologies.
